Once you have logged into your customer area, in the "My orders" section, you can access the withdrawal function via the dedicated button on the page.
You will be asked to identify the order and confirm the withdrawal declaration; after submission, you will receive a confirmation on a durable medium (email). Terms, limits, and exclusions are set out in the Conditions of Sale.
